Poetry being originally a spoken form of art is only as powerful as the spoken delivery that the poet chooses to articulate such words....and this fluctuates drastically from person to person especially if the person speaking is not the creator of the words....however this does not detract from the words or emotion meant to be derived infact it could enhance it. So one could imagine a poem that was passed down from elder to youth from generation to generation, how drastically this could be altered over time. Now one might think that even with the ability to record words in written form that this is a form of solidity..false. Unlike analytical essays and formal writings poetry has the ability to neglect punctuation, line break where ever, start in the middle and call it the beginning, place text anywhere and so on and so forth. Some of these visual literal functions were formulated to help the read recreate the intentions that the poet had for the words however since poetry starts to dismantle the classical structure of literature even punctuation and its use is subjective.
Perhaps one pronounces the word period instead of just stopping, maybe line breaks means a very dramatic pause which in turn interrupts the flow of a sentence placing new meaning upon the words themselves. This is why from reader to reader a poem could mean many different things...and when the attempt is made to read aloud such a defunct piece of script the poem again changes immediately. That Wreath is so far away.
P.s. proof reading is for suckers everything that happens on this page is intentional no matter the conditioned rules that says otherwise. Not by any means saying that my fingers type with acuracy but stating that sometimes words just want to be other things that what they are...kindov like every human on this tiny rock. Number Three! But yes i do use the spell checker...so imagine the mistake post computer approved.
